Mother Iveys bay lies just short walk of about 20 mins around the coast from Harlyn Bay where you’ll find car parking, beach hire, shops and a pub. Mother Ivey’s Bay lies in a sheltered location to the north of Trevose Head surrounded by stunning coastal scenery where the super soft sandy beach is ideal for sunbathing, swimming and sandcastles . The bay is backed by the luxurious caravan park, most of which are privately owned but some are rented out to holiday makers in the summer. The bay very rarely gets too crowded even on the busiest summer days due to its location and is almost regarded as a private beach for the campsite, although it is open to the general public. The Padstow Life Boat is housed in a spectacular location just to the side of the bay with a long sloping ramp to the launch the boat when needed. If you get bored of sunbathing and taking in the view then Mother Iveys is a great place to start a breathtaking walk on the costal path around Trevose to Boobys and Constantine bay to the south.
